Post date: March 08, 2010 |   Print |   Email
Quantum CAD, one of the UK’s leading specialists in the provision of PCB design services and full product design, today launched it’s campaign to provide free Value Added Consultancy for all new projects. For a limited time only, new projects will receive a free analysis of their design and a detailed report on the findings
Quantum CAD is aware that in the ever faster changing electronics industry, cost control and accelerated product development are vital for survival. The company wants to offer its expertise in issues such as cost-reduction opportunities, reliability analysis and BOM management to its customers to make sure their projects become a complete success.

Customers will be able to choose which aspects they want analysed, and a Pre-Design Report will be produced that allows the customer to assess the impact of various technologies on their PCB designs, and deliver guidelines on how to reduce costs during the design phase as well as in the choice of components. The reports will give the customer the confidence that the designs will work, and accuracy and efficiency of product record management will be improved.

Steve Jones, Managing Director of Quantum CAD explains: “Our engineers have the experience and the expertise to examine a PCB design project, evaluate all crucial parameters, and make necessary recommendations and/or adjustments to ensure that the PCBs are cost-effective and the end product is first-to-market."
